DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV completed a condo EV charging installation at 2269 Lake Shore Boulevard West, delivering four private Level 2 EV chargers and 60 units of EV-ready infrastructure.

Designed with scalability in mind, the additional 60 units of EV infrastructure allows the condo to add charging stations easily without expensive electrical upgrades or a disruptive future. Learn more about scalable EV charging infrastructure.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW

Marina Del Rey III Condos at 2269 Lake Shore Boulevard West is located in Toronto’s Mimico waterfront community with local trails, marinas, and parks. Residents have access to the TTC 504 King streetcar, Mimico GO Station, and the Gardiner Expressway, making travel to downtown Toronto, Pearson Airport, and across the GTA convenient.
