DESCRIPTION OF WORK

At Vista on the Park, metroEV installed a 60-unit charging infrastructure with 43 charging stations and assisted in securing 50% of the project costs through the Ontario EV charger rebate. This contributed to significant cost savings for both the condominium board and its residents.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW

Vista on the Park, situated in the Hunt Club Park neighborhood of Ottawa was developed by Greatwise Developments and completed in 1989. This 15-storey condominium offers 190 units in a sought-after location near schools, parks, and convenient shopping areas​.
