DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV worked with the condominium’s property management and residents to install 48 private EV charging stations across the underground parking garage at 30 and 50 Ordnance Street.

Installing EV chargers in condos presents unique challenges, including power load balancing, space limitations, and coordination with condo boards. metroEV addressed these challenges with a scalable, smart EV charging system and EV charging software designed for multi-residential use. All chargers are networked and user-managed, allowing for seamless billing, access control, and usage tracking.
