DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV installed 20 private Level 2 EV chargers at 1960 Queen Street East, giving residents reliable and convenient access to personal charging in their own parking spaces. In addition to charger installations, the project included infrastructure for 25 EV-ready parking spaces, enabling the building to expand charging capacity as more residents transition to electric vehicles.

This turnkey condo EV charging solution covered the entire process from electrical design, permitting, and installation to commissioning and resident onboarding. The system is built to scale, allowing future charger installations without expensive electrical upgrades or additional hardware. Learn more about implementing scalable EV charging infrastructure.
