Isaacs’s team installed an EV charging system in my garage. The electrical panel is located in the opposite corner of my house. They were able to run the conduit in a manner that is hardly visible along the exterior of the house and under my deck. There were issues with the original software provider but since that was changed to the metroEV software I have had no issues. Customer service is top notch. I've been using metroEV's app to control and monitor my PHEV charging for about 6 months. The experience has been seamless. The app automatically pushes charging starting and complete notes to me for every charge event, and the related billing function (a charge to my credit card) works flawlessly, with monthly billing notices sent to me, backed up by a detailed charging report.... I have zero regrets that my EV charging is through this company.
