metroEV completed a condo EV charging installation at Fallingbrook Lofts Condos on 160 Fallingbrook Road located in Toronto, delivering 10 private Level 2 EV chargers and 20 units of EV-ready infrastructure. 

With a fully managed EV charging system, Fallingbrook Lofts Condos is equipped with a robust, user-friendly EV charging software that makes charging simple and efficient. Residents can access billing and usage history and manage scheduled charging sessions through the metroEV app. Property managers can access user controls, balance energy loads, monitor usage in real-time through an easy-to-use platform.

Located in Scarborough’s Birch Cliff neighbourhood, 160 Fallingbrook Road offers residents convenient access to local shops, cafés, parks, and the Lake Ontario waterfront.
