DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV completed the installation of 28 private Level 2 EV chargers at the Metalworks, located at 53 Arthur Street South in Guelph, Ontario. By adding 28 private EV chargers directly into residents’ private parking spots, Metalworks is giving condo owners more than just charging convenience, it’s also increasing long-term property value. Homes equipped with EV-ready infrastructure are more attractive to buyers, especially as electric vehicle ownership continues to rise in Ontario. This project was delivered using metroEV’s turnkey solution, covering everything from site assessment, electrical design, and permitting to installation, commissioning, and resident onboarding. With all hands on deck, our team worked closely with the condo board and property management to ensure a smooth, efficient process from start to finish.
