PROPERTY OVERVIEW

20 Scrivener Square is where two of Toronto’s most coveted luxury condominium buildings are located in the heart of the Summerhill neighbourhood. Developed by in 2004, the buildings offer residents high-end amenities, easy access to downtown Toronto, and a prime location just steps away from some of the best shops and restaurants in the city. Each suite is uniquely designed ranging from one-bedroom suites under 600 square feet to 4,000 square foot penthouses.
