DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV completed the installation of 15 private Level 2 EV chargers at 85 Bronson Avenue, a high-rise residential condominium in downtown Ottawa. Each charger is assigned to an individual resident’s parking spot and integrated with metroEV’s charging software for condos, providing automated resident billing, real-time usage reports, remote monitoring, and power management. This turnkey EV charging project included site assessment, electrical design, permitting, installation, commissioning, and resident onboarding, making the process smooth and efficient for both the condo board and property management.

In addition to the chargers, metroEV implemented infrastructure for 30 total EV-ready parking spots, ensuring the building can seamlessly expand as more residents transition to electric vehicles. By installing 15 private EV chargers and scalable infrastructure for 30 parking spots, the property has future-proofed its parking garage while increasing long-term property value and resident satisfaction.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW
