metroEV completed a turnkey EV charging installation at Village North II, located in the Sunningdale neighbourhood, delivering 21 private Level 2 EV chargers for residents along with 30 units of EV-ready infrastructure to accommodate future EV adoption.
Our team managed the entire project from design and permitting to installation, commissioning, and power management. The modular, scalable EV infrastructure allows the building to expand charging capacity efficiently, without costly electrical upgrades.
By combining private EV chargers with a robust, future-ready backbone, Village North II now offers convenient condo EV charging that enhances resident satisfaction, supports sustainability goals, and adds value to the property.
