metroEV designed and implemented a scalable electric vehicle charging solution tailored to the unique needs of 75 Oneida Cresent located in Richmond Hill, Ontario. The project involved the installation of 20 charging stations for current EV owners and the infrastructure readiness for 30 additional spaces, allowing the building to grow its charging capacity smoothly as more residents make the switch to electric.
Using a forward-thinking approach, metroEV carefully integrated the charging stations into the condo’s existing electrical system while minimizing disruption to daily operations. The result is a flexible, future-proof solution that adds lasting value to the property and meets the growing demand for convenient, reliable charging — all while strengthening the building’s appeal to prospective buyers and environmentally conscious homeowners.
