DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV completed a major EV charging installation at Kilgour Estate, located at 20 Burkebrook Place in Toronto. This EV charging project included the deployment of 50 private Level 2 smart chargers, supported by a robust 60-unit EV-ready infrastructure designed for long-term reliability and scalability.

Residents now have access to reliable, fully managed charging right in their private parking spaces powered by metroEV’s non-proprietary, OCPP-compliant hardware and our automated billing and dynamic power management software. Property management benefits from a seamless setup with no operational burden, thanks to our complete turnkey solution covering engineering, permitting, installation, commissioning, and ongoing support.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW

Kilgour Estate Condos, located at 20 Burkebrook Pl in Toronto's Bridle Path/ Sunnybrook Park neighbourhood, was completed in 2007 and comprises 199 units across 8 storeys. The condos range from 400 to 4000 square feet, with a high demand ranking and considered an exclusive choice for those seeking high-end condominiums in the area.
