DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV installed 41 private Level 2 EV charging stations at 1441 Elgin Street, a residential condominium located in Burlington, Ontario. Each charging station is assigned to an individual resident’s parking space and integrated with metroEV’s smart charging software, enabling automated billing and real-time monitoring.

In addition to the charger installation, metroEV implemented infrastructure to support a total of 30 EV-ready parking spots, ensuring the condo building can scale as more residents adopt electric vehicles. This turnkey EV charger project included site assessment, electrical design, permitting, installation, commissioning, and resident onboarding, providing the condo board and property management with a seamless, end-to-end solution. This investment increases long-term property value, supports resident demand for EV charging.
