OVERVIEW
The Broadway and Broadway II Residences are two condominium buildings situated in the heart of Willowdale West, Toronto. Developed by Menkes and completed in 2004, this building is conveniently located near the intersection of Yonge Street and North York Boulevard.
DESCRIPTION
metroEV installed 22 units at The Broadway and 20 charging units at Broadway II Residences. metroEV also assisted with recovering 50% of project costs through NRCan's ZEVIP program, saving condo owners and the condominium board a substantial amount of money.
