DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV successfully installed 40 charging stations at 388 Richmond Street West in downtown Toronto. This property stands out as one of the few residential buildings in Canada to successfully secure ZEVIP funding (Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program) not just once, but twice. The first round of funding came directly from Natural Resources Canada (NRCan), while the second was awarded through a 3rd Party Delivery Organization. Thanks to this dual funding success, District Lofts has significantly enhanced the building’s appeal to environmentally conscious residents while future-proofing its amenities.
