DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV completed a large-scale condo EV charging installation at 35 Boardwalk Drive in Toronto’s Beaches community, delivering 56 private Level 2 chargers and infrastructure for 60 EV-ready parking spots. Each charging station is assigned to an individual resident’s parking space and connected to metroEV’s smart charging software for automated billing, power management, and real-time reporting.

This condo EV charging project demonstrates metroEV’s ability to handle complex, large-scale condo installations efficiently. Our turnkey condo EV charging solution covered the entire process from site assessment and infrastructure design to permitting, installation, and commissioning. With years of experience working with condo boards, property managers, and electricians, metroEV ensures smooth execution and long-term reliability for every project, regardless of size.
