DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV partnered with Citipark Public Parking at 65 King Street East to complete a large-scale commercial EV charging installation in the heart of downtown Toronto. The project included the deployment of 43 public Level 2 charging stations, designed to support daily commuters, visitors, and local businesses in the Financial District.

In addition to hardware installation, metroEV implemented a robust EV charging software system. This ensures the parking operator can effectively manage usage, optimize revenue, and deliver reliable charging access to the public.

Built with non-proprietary, OCPP-compliant technology and connected to metroEV’s commercial charging platform, the system offers real-time monitoring, remote support, automated billing, and performance visibility, making it easy for operators to scale as demand increases.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW

Citipark is a state-of-the-art public underground parking lot located in the heart of Downtown Toronto. It is accessible to many attractions and equipped with EV charger stations.
