DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV completed the installation of 32 private electric vehicle charging stations at 80 Marine Parade Drive, a modern waterfront condominium located in downtown Toronto. The EV charger installation has given 32 condo residents access to their own Level 2 EV charger in their designated parking spot with automated billing for usage. In addition to the EV chargers, metroEV implemented scalable EV infrastructure to support up to 90 charging stations in the future.

This project was designed with long-term scalability in mind. By installing EV infrastructure capable of supporting 90 charging stations, the building is fully prepared to accommodate the rising demand for EV charging as more residents make the switch to electric vehicles. PROPERTY OVERVIEW

80 Marine Parade Drive is located in Toronto’s Humber Bay Shores, a highly desirable waterfront community known for its scenic parks, walking trails, and quick access to downtown Toronto. The building is steps from Humber Bay Park, Martin Goodman Trail, and offers excellent access to major commuter routes, including the Gardiner Expressway and Lake Shore Boulevard.
