DESCRIPTION OF WORK
metroEV recently completed the installation of two shared EV chargers at 1155 Seymour Street in Vancouver, BC. With the installation of shared EV chargers, this project enhances the building’s amenities by providing residents with convenient access to electric vehicle charging.
Shared EV chargers offer a cost-effective and space-efficient solution for condominiums. Instead of requiring individual charging stations for each EV owner, shared chargers allow multiple residents to access the service as needed. This reduces installation and maintenance costs for both the condo corporation and residents while optimizing the use of available parking spaces.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Brava Tower II, a high-rise built in 2005, is home to 424 Vancouver condos spread across 27 floors. Located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver at the intersection of Seymour Street and Davie Street, this vibrant community offers residents a prime urban living experience. The building is also just a short walk from the waterfront and the SkyTrain.
Brava Tower II
is reducing its Co2 emissions by 9 metric tons, equivalent to the carbon sequestered by
11
acres of forest in one year.*
