DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV installed 60-unit infrastructure and 35 charging stations. Thanks to NRCan's ZEVIP rebate program, metroEV was able to recover half of the project costs, saving the condo community a substantial amount of money. This project involved effective collaboration with the property management company, the treasurer, and the EV project coordinator.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW

These modern mid-rise condos were constructed in 2018 by Tas DesignBuild, offering a comfortable and contemporary living experience. Located in the peaceful Birchcliffe-Cliffside neighborhood, this development features 146 units spread across 10 levels.
