DESCRIPTION OF WORK
metroEV completed a large-scale condo EV charging installation at 1 Aberfoyle Crescent in Etobicoke, delivering 30 private Level 2 EV chargers and 80 units of EV-ready infrastructure. This condo EV charging installation was designed to give residents the ability to install personal chargers in their own parking spot while ensuring the building can scale efficiently as more residents want to invest in EV charging.
By integrating dynamic power management into the charging system, the condo can significantly support more chargers without requiring costly electrical service upgrades or additional hardware. This scalable approach keeps upfront and long-term costs low while giving the condo board and residents confidence that the system can expand smoothly in the future.
For condo residents, investing in a private EV charger adds convenience and value to their property which is an important factor in resale and long-term marketability in Toronto. With metroEV’s turnkey condo EV charging solution, the entire installation was delivered seamlessly, from engineering and permitting to installation, commissioning, and ongoing system support.
