DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV completed a condo EV charging installation at The Kavanaugh, delivering 47 private Level 2 EV chargers and 60 units of EV-ready infrastructure. We implemented our end-to-end EV charging solution for condos which includes site assessments, permitting, infrastructure design, professional installation and commissioning.

Designed with scalability in mind, EV-ready infrastructure ensures the condo can scale its EV charging system easily without expensive electrical upgrades. Learn more about scalable EV charging infrastructure.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW

The Kavanaugh at 7 Marquette Avenue is located in Ottawa’s Beechwood Village, just minutes from downtown. Condo residents have access to major routes like the Vanier Parkway and Highway 417, and OC Transpo bus routes and cycling paths. The area offers a walkable neighbourhood with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and Stanley Park along the Rideau River pathways.
