DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV completed the installation of 42 private Level 2 EV charging stations at 2075 King Road, a modern condominium development in King City. Each charging station is directly assigned to a resident’s parking space and integrated with metroEV’s smart charging software, which offers automated billing, real-time monitoring, and user access control.

Our turnkey solution provided this project with full electrical design, permitting, installation, commissioning, and resident onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition to EV-ready living.

2075 King Road is a residential condominium located in the growing community of King City, Ontario, just north of Toronto. Situated near Keele Street and minutes from King City GO Station, the property provides excellent connectivity for commuters while maintaining the charm of a suburban setting.
