DESCRIPTION OF WORK
metroEV installed 15 private Level 2 EV chargers at 376 Highway 7 East, a mid-rise condominium located in Richmond Hill. The project also included EV-ready infrastructure for an additional 15 future chargers, totaling 30 EV-ready parking spaces. Each EV charger is connected to metroEV’s smart charging software for condos, providing usage tracking, energy management, and automated billing for individual residents. The turnkey solution included electrical design, permitting, installation, commissioning, and user onboarding in collaboration with the condo board and property management.PROPERTY OVERVIEW
376 Highway 7 East is a residential 10 storey condo building located in the heart of Richmond Hill’s Highway 7 East, a high-density area located near Bayview Avenue. This location offers convenient access to major roadways, public transit, and nearby amenities and plazas.
