DESCRIPTION OF WORK
metroEV installed 42 electric vehicle charging stations at The Broadway and Broadway II Residences, located in Willowdale, North York. In addition to delivering top-tier installation services, metroEV helped the condominium boards and residents maximize financial savings. By leveraging Natural Resources Canada's Zero-Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program (ZEVIP), metroEV helped cover 50% of the project costs.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW
The Broadway and Broadway II Residences are two condominium buildings situated in the heart of Willowdale West, Toronto. Developed by Menkes and completed in 2004, this building is conveniently located near the intersection of Yonge Street and North York Boulevard.
The Broadway Condos
