metroEV installed a 20-unit charging infrastructure and 2 charging stations at a historic building located in downtown Toronto. The project presented unique challenges due to the building's age, as sourcing compatible electrical components required creative solutions. metroEV was able to deliver a reliable and future-proof charging solution, seamlessly blending modern technology with the building's legacy.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Located on Queen Street East, just steps from Jarvis Street, Glass House Lofts is a 13-storey building with a smart glass-panelled façade. This building is situated in one of downtown Toronto’s most vibrant and sought-after neighborhoods with only a few minutes walk to Moss Park.
Glass House Lofts
is reducing its Co2 emissions by 9 metric tons, equivalent to the carbon sequestered by
