DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV installed 18 private Level 2 EV charging stations at 70 Annie Craig Drive, a modern high-rise condominium located along Toronto’s Humber Bay Shores waterfront. Delivered as a full turnkey solution, metroEV managed every stage from site assessment and electrical design to permitting, installation, commissioning, and resident onboarding, ensuring a smooth, efficient process for both residents and the condo board. By investing in scalable charging solutions, the property is fully equipped to meet both current and future EV demand.

Each charger is assigned to an individual resident’s parking space and connected to metroEV’s smart charging platform, offering automated billing, real-time usage reports, and power management.

The EV charging project also included infrastructure for 20 EV-ready parking spots, allowing the building to expand its charging capacity. By investing in scalable EV charging solutions, Vita on the Lake Condos is fully equipped to meet both current and future EV demand.
