DESCRIPTION OF WORK
metroEV completed a condo EV charging installation at Reina Condos, delivering 18 private Level 2 EV chargers to provide residents with convenient, reliable charging. Each charger is assigned to an individual parking space and integrated with our smart condo EV charging software, giving residents access to track their usage and manage payments.
Full electrical design, permitting, and close coordination with the condo board were also handled as part of the turnkey project, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free EV charger installation from start to finish.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Reina Condos at 689 The Queensway is located in the heart of South Etobicoke. The neighbourhood provides easy access to some of Toronto’s most popular public parks, including High Park, Humber Bay Park, and the Martin Goodman Trail along Lake Ontario.
Commuting is highly convenient, with easy access to the Gardiner Expressway and Highway 427, as well as nearby public transit options including The Queensway bus routes, Mimico GO Station, and Royal York subway station.
