DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV completed the installation of six private Level 2 EV chargers and 30 units of EV-ready infrastructure at the Swan Lake Village I Condos.

We delivered a turnkey condo EV charging solution, handling everything from on-site assessments and infrastructure design to installation, commissioning, and ongoing customer support. With a dedicated EV charger in their parking space, condo residents can charge their EVs conveniently with a user-friendly mobile charging platform.

Swan Lake Village I Condos at 55 & 85 The Boardwalk Way is located in Markham’s Greensborough neighbourhood, close to Swan Lake park and the Rouge Valley Trail. Major routes like 16th Avenue and Highway 407, makes commuting across the GTA for residents highly accessible, while York Region Transit bus service is just steps away for local travel.
