DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV completed the installation of 15 private Level 2 EV chargers at 48 Suncrest Blvd, a condominium located in the heart of Markham’s Commerce Valley community. Each EV charger is assigned to a resident’s dedicated parking space and connected to metroEV’s smart billing and power management platform for a seamless charging experience.

In addition to the private chargers, metroEV built infrastructure for 40 EV-ready parking spaces, giving the building a scalable foundation that can support growing EV demand without costly electrical upgrades in the future. As a full turnkey EV charging provider, metroEV handled the entire process from design and installation, to commissioning and resident onboarding. This ensures a smooth and efficient condo EV charging installation that meets condo board expectations and long-term goals for EV demand.
