DESCRIPTION OF WORK
metroEV completed a condo EV charging installation at Zed Lofts, delivering four private Level 2 EV chargers and 15 units of EV-ready infrastructure. Each charging station is dedicated to an individual resident parking space and connected to metroEV’s condo charging software, giving residents access to view usage, manage payments, and schedule charging sessions through our app.PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Zed Lofts is located in Toronto’s King West neighbourhood, offering residents exceptional access to transit, local entertainment, and everyday amenities. The condo is just steps from the King Street and Bathurst Street TTC streetcar routes, providing convenient connections throughout downtown Toronto.
Residents are also in close proximity to popular destinations including the Entertainment District, Stackt Market, Victoria Memorial Square, the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, and The Well.
