DESCRIPTION OF WORK
metroEV completed a condo EV charging installation at 25 Town Centre Court, delivering five private Level 2 EV chargers and 40 units of EV-ready infrastructure.
Designed with scalability in mind, the additional 40 units of EV infrastructure allows the condo to add charging stations easily without expensive electrical upgrades or a disruptive future. Learn more about scalable EV charging infrastructure.

Located in Scarborough’s city centre, Centro Condos offers residents with local shopping, dining, entertainment, and everyday amenities just steps away. The property is within walking distance of Scarborough Town Centre, Albert Campbell Square, and the Scarborough Civic Centre, while nearby Thomson Memorial Park provides access to green space and recreational trails.
Residents have access to major transit connections, with Scarborough Centre TTC Station offering Line 3 replacement bus service and multiple TTC bus routes, as well as easy access to Highway 401, making travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area convenient.
