metroEV installed 12 private Level 2 EV charging stations at 25 Austin Drive, a residential condominium located in Markham, Ontario. The project also included infrastructure to support 30 EV-ready parking spaces, allowing the building to scale as more residents adopt electric vehicles. Each Level 2 EV charger is tied to an individual parking space and integrated with metroEV’s software platform, enabling real-time monitoring, automated billing, and access control. metroEV delivered a complete turnkey solution from site assessment and design to installation and resident onboarding.PROPERTY OVERVIEW
25 Austin Drive is a residential condominium located in the heart of Markham, Ontario, just off Highway 7 near the intersection of Austin Drive and Main Street Unionville. Situated in one of Markham’s most vibrant and accessible neighbourhoods, the building is surrounded by shopping centres, transit routes, and green spaces including proximity to CF Markville Mall, Austin Drive Park, and the Unionville GO Station.
