DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV installed 28 private Level 2 EV chargers at 1403 Royal York Road, a residential condominium in Toronto’s West End. Each charger is assigned to a resident’s parking spot and integrated with metroEV’s smart charging software for power management, automated billing, access control, and real-time usage monitoring.

Designed as a turnkey condo EV charging solution, metroEV managed the entire process from site assessment and electrical design to permitting, installation, commissioning, and resident onboarding to ensure a smooth and efficient installation.

The EV charger installation also included scalable EV infrastructure for a total of 60 EV-ready parking spots, allowing the building to expand charging capacity as resident demand grows. metroEV’s scalable EV charging solutions ensure the property can easily meet growing resident demand for electric vehicles without expensive retrofits or additional hardware.
