DESCRIPTION OF WORK
metroEV completed a condo EV charging installation at 191 King Street South in Waterloo, delivering four private Level 2 EV chargers and 40 units of EV-ready infrastructure designed to support future demand. While only a portion of residents currently require EV charging, the condo building took a proactive approach to invest in EV infrastructure that will add long-term value and flexibility.
Even for residents who don’t yet own an electric vehicle or aren’t planning to switch immediately, installing EV-ready infrastructure and private chargers is a smart property investment. Learn more about how EV charging boosts property value.
