DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV implemented a 60-unit EV charging infrastructure at 309 Major Mackenzie Drive East, Richmond Hill. This project included the installation of 35 charging stations, strategically designed to support the growing demand for electric vehicle charging among residents.

To make this initiative more cost-effective, metroEV secured a 50% grant through NRCan’s ZEVIP (Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program), significantly reducing expenses for both condo owners and the board.

Cedar Gate Condos is situated in Richmond Hill’s Harding neighbourhood, near Old Markham Village, Markham Village, Unionville, and Bullock. The condominium property was developed by Cedar-Mac Holdings in 1990.
