DESCRIPTION OF WORK
metroEV completed a condo EV charging installation at The Classics at Riviera, delivering 22 private Level 2 EV chargers and 60 units of EV-ready infrastructure. The project features a non-proprietary, scalable charging solution designed for long-term growth, enabling the condo to efficiently expand EV capacity over time without costly electrical upgrades.

Located in Ottawa’s East Industrial hub, The Classics at Riviera is a well-connected residential community with quick access to major city routes. OC Transpo bus service along Riverside Drive provides direct connections to Hurdman Station and the O-Train network, making downtown Ottawa and surrounding areas highly accessible.
Residents also benefit from proximity to Rideau River pathways, nearby parks, and everyday amenities along Bank Street and Smyth Road, with convenient access to the Ottawa General Hospital and the Ottawa Airport.
