DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV completed a turnkey EV charging installation at Residences of the Madison Centre at 100 Upper Madison Avenue in Toronto, delivering 8 private Level 2 EV chargers and infrastructure for 30 EV-ready parking spaces. The condo EV charging installation was completed through an end-to-end approach covering engineering, permitting, installation, commissioning, load management, and ongoing customer support.

The project was designed with long-term EV adoption in mind. By preparing additional parking spaces for charging from the start, the condo has the infrastructure in place to add more chargers as resident demand increases, helping the property stay ahead of the growing need for EV charging.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW

Residences of the Madison Centre is located at 100 Upper Madison Avenue near Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue East in North York. Sheppard–Yonge Station on TTC Line 1 is approximately a three-minute walk away, with nearby bus service including TTC routes 97 Yonge, 98 Willowdale–Senlac, and 320 Yonge Night Bus.
