DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV completed a major condo EV charging installation at One Sherway & One Sherway II Condos, located at 225 and 235 Sherway Gardens Road in Etobicoke. This large-scale project included the installation of 90 units of EV-ready infrastructure and 45 private Level 2 smart chargers, providing residents with reliable, dedicated charging directly in their parking spots.

Working closely with engineers from Cion Corp, metroEV delivered a fully coordinated, turnkey solution from electrical design and permitting to installation, commissioning, power management, and ongoing software support. The system was built using non-proprietary, OCPP-compliant chargers and metroEV’s charging software, giving the condo board a modern, scalable EV charging ecosystem that can easily expand as demand increases.

This condo EV charging installation ensures both towers remain competitive with new developments, supports long-term sustainability goals, and enhances overall property value for residents.
