DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV installed 36 private Level 2 EV chargers at 500 Queens Quay West, a waterfront condominium in downtown Toronto. Each EV charger is assigned to an individual resident’s parking space and connected to metroEV’s smart charging software, offering automated billing, access management, and real-time usage tracking.

In addition to the chargers, metroEV deployed infrastructure to support a total of 60 EV-ready parking spaces. This future-focused approach ensures that as more residents transition to electric vehicles, the building will be able to expand seamlessly without costly upgrades. metroEV’s turnkey solution covered all aspects of the project from site assessment and design to installation, commissioning, and resident onboarding.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW

500 Queens Quay West is a luxury condominium located on Toronto’s Harbourfront, one of the city’s most sought-after downtown neighbourhoods. Steps from the TTC, Union Station, and the city’s financial core, it is ideally situated for urban families.
