DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV completed the installation of 11 private Level 2 EV chargers at 224 Lyon Street North, a modern condominium in Ottawa’s downtown core. Each EV charger is connected to metroEV’s condo charging software, providing residents with automated billing, power management, and a user-friendly mobile app for a seamless charging experience.

Along with the charging stations, metroEV implemented infrastructure for 30 EV-ready parking spots, allowing the condo building to easily scale as more residents transition to electric vehicles. This turnkey EV charging project covered every step from infrastructure design and electrical permitting to installation, commissioning, and resident onboarding. metroEV’s condo EV charging solutions are designed to grow with the building’s needs, enabling easy future expansion without expensive retrofits or electrical upgrades, ensuring reliable charging for residents and readiness for EV demand.
