DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV installed six shared Level 2 EV charging stations at 100 Commerce Valley Drive West, a multi-tenant office building in Markham, Ontario. In addition to the chargers, metroEV deployed infrastructure to support a total of 20 EV-ready parking spaces, ensuring the site can easily expand as demand for electric vehicle charging grows.

This project was delivered using metroEV’s turnkey solution for workplace EV charging stations, which includes site assessment, electrical design, permitting, installation, commissioning, and software integration. The EV chargers are connected to metroEV’s commercial charging software, allowing for shared use, automated billing, and load balancing, features that are ideal for multi-tenant office environments.

By adding EV charging infrastructure, 100 Commerce Valley Drive West has positioned itself as a forward-thinking, sustainable office building that meets the evolving needs of employees and tenants. With six shared EV chargers and scalable infrastructure for 20 parking spots, the property now offers a modern workplace amenity that boosts tenant satisfaction, supports corporate sustainability goals, and future-proofs the building in the Greater Toronto Area.
