metroEV installed condo EV charging at Corners on Main I, providing residents with 10 private Level 2 EV chargers. Each charger is installed in a dedicated parking spot, giving residents convenient, direct access to reliable EV charging right where they park.

Located in the Old Ottawa East neighbourhood, Corners on Main I offers convenient access to the Rideau River, downtown Ottawa, and the University of Ottawa. The community is steps from Main Street's restaurants, cafés, and local shops, with nearby green spaces including Rideau River Eastern Pathway and Springhurst Park. Residents also have access to Highway 417 and public transit via Lees Station and multiple OC Transpo routes to commute around the city.
