DESCRIPTION OF WORK

metroEV designed and installed private EV charging infrastructure at The Plant Condos, located in Toronto’s West Queen West neighbourhood. The EV charger project included 16 private Level 2 EV chargers and infrastructure to support a total of 20 resident parking spaces.

metroEV worked closely with the condo board and property management to design a load-managed system that supports future expansion and ensures electrical capacity is used efficiently as demand grows. Each resident with an EV charger now has the ability to plug in right at their own parking space, eliminating the hassle of shared access and giving them full control over their EV charging and automated billing for usage.
