Scope: 97 EV chargers with 120-unit infrastructure
Site location: 35 Church St, Toronto, ON

metroEV completed one of Canada’s largest condo EV charging retrofits, installing 97 Level 2 charging stations and building infrastructure to support up to 120 units. As part of the project, metroEV also managed the rebate application process, helping the condo board recover 50% of project costs through NRCan’s Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program (ZEVIP), resulting in substantial savings for condo owners.
