I've been using metroEV's app to control and monitor my PHEV charging for about 6 months. The experience has been seamless. The app automatically pushes charging starting and complete notes to me for every charge event, and the related billing function (a charge to my credit card) works flawlessly, with monthly billing notices sent to me, backed up by a detailed charging report. All good. Recently I had to change my credit card for the auto-payment system, and that too was a snap to implement. I asked for metroEV's help before starting the card switch to get it right for sure, but really shouldn't have bothered. Their app again was simple and easy to follow to complete the necessary steps. I have zero regrets that my EV charging is through this company.
